On Saturday, March 8, at 8:00 a.m. ET, Airbase will be down for approximately one hour for scheduled maintenance. We will use this time to improve the scalability and performance of the Airbase platform.
During the short maintenance window, Airbase will not be accessible via the web or mobile. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Live updates will be posted to status.airbase.com before the maintenance begins and soon after it ends.
Will Airbase cards continue to work during the downtime?
All transactions initiated on Airbase cards during the downtime will be processed as usual. In the unlikely event that you notice a declined transaction, please contact support@airbase.io.
Will ledger entries sync to the GL during the downtime?
No ledger entries will sync with the GL during the one-hour downtime. Airbase will resume syncing soon after. No additional action is required on your part.
Will bank payments, money loads, or unloads be affected?
Any money loads, unloads, and domestic or international bank payments initiated before or after the downtime will be processed normally. No additional delay will be incurred, and no additional action is required on your part.
Will invoices or receipts forwarded via email during the downtime be affected?
Airbase will continue to receive invoices and receipts during the one-hour downtime but will only process them after the downtime ends. No additional action is required on your part.
Will the downtime impact the Airbase Vendor & Partner portals?
Yes, both the Airbase Vendor Portal and Partner Portal will be inaccessible during the downtime.
Will user information sync from the HRIS during the downtime?
User information will not sync from HRIS during the one-hour downtime but will resume syncing soon after. No additional action is required on your part.
What happens if users try to access the web or mobile app during the downtime?
Airbase users who access the Airbase web app or the Airbase mobile app during the one-hour downtime will find a banner that informs them that Airbase is down for maintenance.
