- Ensure you are using the correct email address to sign in. Use the email address mentioned in the Airbase onboarding email.
- Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Please check your spam/junk folder for the onboarding mail sent to you.
- Contact your customer to verify the email used to invite you to the Vendor Portal.
