The Card Owner can attach receipts to transactions in real-time via the Airbase Mobile app. Click here to learn how.
Attach the receipts to the Physical card transactions via your Airbase Account.
- Go to Physical Card and find the card.
- Go to Transaction History and click on the Receipt icon.
- For multiple transactions that have been billed in a single receipt, bulk select and upload.
- To delete a receipt, hover over the receipt and click on the red dash.
Alternatively, the receipts can be uploaded from Accounting > Transactions and select the receipt icon next to the relevant transaction to upload.
Please note that if Receipt Compliance Policy is enabled for a card, the receipts must be added in a set number of days.
To attach receipts for cards owned by other Users, the Manage Receipts User Permission is needed.
