If you haven’t received one-time password to complete the transaction, here’s what you need to do:
- Check your spam folder for an email from hello@airbase.io.
- If you cannot find the email in the spam folder, click the Resend button on the transaction screen.
- If resending the one-time password doesn’t work, ensure you’re the owner of the Virtual Card. Only the Card Owner will receive the one-time password via email.
- Check with your IT team if they have a spam blocker that could've blocked the one-time password email from hello@airbase.io.
