Every Airbase user will have a User Role assigned to them.
The User Role assigned to an employee at Airbase can correspond to their role in your organization. Say, a team lead in your company can be assigned a Manager User Role and the Users from his team can be assigned the Employee User Role.
The User Roles and their corresponding User Permissions give the User access to different Airbase features.
Follow these steps to create a new user role:
- Go to People > User Roles.
- Click Add a New Role.
- Give the User Role a name and set Single Approval Limits.
- Toggle the User Permissions the role requires.
- Click Add Role to confirm.
Users need Manage Users, Roles, and Departments User Permission to add a new User Role.
