- Go to the Accounting section.
- Click on the Unload Money widget.
- Set the amount that you would like to unload and hit Unload.
Use caution when unloading money from Airbase. You may end up in a situation where vendor charges are declined because of insufficient balance.
The amount of money in your Airbase clearing account is displayed in the top right section of the accounting section. This amount is balance available for use in Virtual and Physical Cards.
Virtual and Physical Cards:
Ledger Balance includes pending transactions and available balance at a given point in time. Pending Credits is the money that was loaded using Load Money widget or Auto Load, but is not a part of Available Balance.
When an ACH transfer is initiated to load money to Airbase, it’ll take 3 business days before it is available in Airbase. On initiation, till the money is available in Airbase, it’ll show up as Pending Credits. Once the money is credited in Airbase clearing account, it then becomes Ledger Balance. However, when the transfer is completed, the Ledger Balance will become 0.
The Available Balance may be less than the Ledger Balance in case there are pending transactions that haven't settled yet.
During onboarding, you will add your bank account that will be used to fund airbase for your Virtual Cards and Physical Cards as well as pay Bills.
