Payments made using Virtual Cards will be recorded in Airbase. You can attach the payment receipts to their corresponding transactions.
There are two ways to attach receipts to Virtual Card transactions on Airbase:
1. Receipts' Inbox.
Airbase Receipts' Inbox will automatically attach receipts to transactions of cards you own.
Airbase will automatically match the receipts with corresponding transactions, saving you the time it takes to manually add receipts to each transaction.
If you're sending receipts to firstname.lastname@example.org, make sure you send the receipts from the same email address you use to log in to Airbase. Share the unique email address with your vendor or colleague and the receipts they send will land in your Receipts' Inbox.
2. Airbase account.
To attach receipts using your Airbase account,
- Locate the Virtual Card on the Virtual Cards page.
- Scroll down to the Transaction History section on the Virtual Card details page.
- Find the corresponding transaction and click on the Upload a Receipt option.
- To delete a receipt, hover over the receipt and click on the red dash.
Click on the receipt to find the View receipt and Delete options.
To attach receipts to the transactions of cards owned by other Users, the Manage Receipts User Permission is needed.
