There are two ways to attach receipts to respective transactions in Airbase.
1. Via Airbase account in the browser.
To attach receipts using your Airbase account,
- Locate the Virtual Card on the Virtual Cards page.
- Scroll down to the Transaction History section on the Virtual Card details page.
- Find the corresponding transaction and click on the Upload a Receipt option.
- To delete a receipt, hover over the receipt and click on the red dash.
2. Via email.
For Virtual Card transactions, users can send their receipts to a catch-all email address. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for this email.
To attach receipts for cards owned by others, the Manage Receipts User Permission is needed.
