When your Virtual Card payment is declined, check:
- Spend Limit on the card: The payment will not go through if the charge is more than the set Spend Limit on the card. You can update the Spend Limit of the Virtual Card
- If the billing address/zip code is incorrect: The payment will not go through if the billing address/ZIP code entered while entering card details is incorrect. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to update the address.
- If the CVC is incorrect: CVV/CVC is an additional security feature to prevent debit/credit card fraud. For an Airbase Virtual Card, you can find the CVC number on the card details page. If the CVC number is incorrect, the payment will not go through.
- If the number of transactions exceeded: For One-time Virtual Cards if the number of transactions set while creating the card exceeded, the transaction will be declined.
