Access Your Airbase Account

Welcome to Airbase!

This guide will answer your questions about getting started with your Airbase Account. 

How do I access Airbase Account?

To access your Airbase Account,

• Visit the Airbase website.
• Hover over the Login option on the top-right corner of the screen.
• Select Customer login from the dropdown.

You will be redirected to your Airbase login page.

Alternatively, you can visit https://dashboard.airbase.io/ to access the Airbase login page. Enter your email address and click Continue.

How do I log in?

Airbase will list login methods you can select from. This list depends on the options your organization subscribes to. If you’re part of multiple companies, Airbase will display a combined list of login methods supported by those companies. 

1. Select the Login Method.

Airbase website supports four different login methods:

1. Google

Click Log in With Google and continue with your G Suite account. 

2. Microsoft

Click Log in With Microsoft and continue with your Mircosoft email and password to log in.

3. Single Sign-On

To log in using identity providers such as Okta or OneLogin Portal, click Log in With SSO. Enter the registered email address, follow the prompts on your screen, and log in to Airbase. 

4. One-Time Link

• You can log into Airbase using a one-time link. Click Log in With One-Time Link.
• Airbase will send an email with the one-time link.

• Click Log In to continue the login process.

2. Select a Company.

If you’re part of multiple companies that use Airbase, select the company you want to log into from the dropdown. If you’re part of just one company, Airbase will automatically select the company and this screen will be skipped.

Proceed with your login to access your Airbase dashboard. Follow the on-screen instructions.
