Yes, you need to upload the itemized receipt for all Virtual Card and Physical Card spends.
You will receive a weekly reminder email to upload receipts until they are added.
This is important for our reporting obligations to tax authorities and other
government agencies, so please expect managers to follow up on missing receipts.
Admins can set your card to lock if the receipts are not added within a set number of days. Once the card is locked, you will not be able to make payments on the card until it is unlocked by your Admin.
