You can make edits to the reimbursement requests awaiting your approval.
Find the request awaiting your approval on the Requests > Reimbursements > Pending page.
In Quick View, you can Edit the Category, Amount, and Tags of the request.
To make further changes to the request:
- Click View in Fullscreen.
- On the Reimbursement Request page, click Edit Details.
- Here you can update:
- Transaction Date.
- Upload Files and add Notes if needed.
- If you want to add more Approvers to the request, click Update Approvers. You can also change the order of approvers.
- Click Update to save all the changes made to the request.
