When the Spend Owner moves to a new department, their past spends will be reported under their old department and the new spend under their new department.
For example, Bonnie from the Customer Support team reports to Bane and owns a Virtual Card for Zendesk. Bonnie moves to the Customer Success team on 31 March. She now reports to Leslie. In this scenario, all of Bonnie’s spend until 31 March will be listed under Bane’s My Team report and Customer Support’s Departments report. All her spend from 1 April will be reported under Leslie’s My Team report and Customer Success’s Departments report.
