After creating a Vendor Portal account, log in again by visiting https://vendors.airbase.io and follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Enter the email address.
Enter the email address used while creating the Vendor Portal Account. You can also choose to sign in with your Google account.
Airbase will send a verification code to your email to confirm your identity. Enter the code and click Submit.
Step 2: Configure two-factor authentication (2FA).
Airbase uses 2FA to protect your account against unauthorized access. If you’re logging in to the Vendor Portal for the first time, Airbase will display the following methods for configuring 2FA:
Authenticator App
Use any authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, to scan the QR code on the login screen. Launch the app on your device and select Scan a QR code. Once the scanning is complete, the app will generate a one-time code. Enter the code on the login screen and click Continue.
If you are unable to scan the QR code, click Trouble Scanning to display a unique setup key. Add this setup key in the app to generate a one-time code. Enter the code on the login screen and click Continue.
In the absence of an authenticator app, click Try Another Method.
Text Message
Select Text Message to continue with a text message-based login method. Select your country code from the list and enter your mobile number. Click Next.
You will receive a 6-digit verification code from Airbase to configure 2FA.
Enter the code and click Next to complete the login. However, if you didn’t receive the 2FA code, click Re-send. You can use this option up to ten times before it gets locked for 30 minutes.
Airbase will use the same method selected while configuring two-factor authentication to verify subsequent updates in the Vendor Portal. Contact Airbase Support to change your preferred method for authentication.
